General Terms and conditions for travel:

Passengers are required to comply with the following regulations, in the interest of safety and maintaining a high level of service.

GETTING ON AND OFF THE BUS.
Getting on and off the bus should only happen when the vehicle has come to a complete stop. If it is a request stop passengers must signal in advance that they wish to get on or off the vehicle. It is forbidden to board a vehicle that has already reached the maximum number of passengers stated on the vehicle registration.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.
The passenger must be in possession of the correct voucher, bought through an authorized seller or online. The voucher must be shown when boarding, and will be exchanged for a ticket.
The ticket must be retained and kept in good condition for the duration of the journey.
Purchased vouchers, even when not validated, are not refundable. Vouchers are personal and cannot be exchanged.
Passengers are obliged to show their ticket at any time when asked to do so by staff.
In case of interruption of the journey due to unforeseen circumstances or late arrival for any reason, refunds by the company are not permitted whatsoever.

TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN.
There is a reduced tariff for children from the ages of 2 to 12 years.
Children who do not have a ticket are not permitted to occupy a seat and must sit on a parent’s lap.

TRANSPORT OF ANIMALS.
Animals, even small ones, are not permitted on board.

TRANSPORT OF OBJECTS.
Baggage is included in the price of the journey. In case of loss or damage for which the transport company is responsible, current laws apply.
Loss or damage must be reported at the moment the property is returned, under penalty of forfeiture.

PERSONAL CONDUCT.
Passengers must refrain from:
a) smoking (law n. 584/75) and disturbing others
b) occupying more than one seat or standing in the corridor or close to the door when the vehicle is in motion
c) engaging in promotional or sales activities without the express consent of the company
d) soil, break or tamper with any part or equipment of the vehicle
e) board the vehicle while drunk or under the influence of drugs
f) use the emergency door opener when not necessary.
Passengers must also heed any warnings, requests or instructions given by staff for safety purposes and to maintain the punctuality of the service.
Passengers must always occupy available seating and remain seated for the duration of the journey until the vehicle has come to a complete stop.
The company declines any responsibility in case of accidents suffered by passengers when these regulations have been ignored..

TIMES AND CONNECTIONS.
Public timetables are subject to variation even when still valid.
Any variations will be communicated by authorized sellers.
The company declines all responsibility for consequences due to delays, loss of connections and in general any event outside of its control.

VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS.
The passenger who does not comply with the aforementioned rules of Personal Conduct will not be allowed to board or will be asked by staff to disembark before the end of the journey, without prejudice to any further legal proceedings.

LOST & FOUND PROPERTY.
Any objects found aboard vehicles are deposited at the office of Val.Fra.Daz. Srl - Via Roma, 135 - 23032 Bormio (SO) - tel. +39 0342/911689.

COMPLAINTS.
Passengers can register a complaint by letter, providing the address of the sender to the following address: Val.Fra.Daz. Srl, Via Roma, 135, 23032 Bormio (SO), Complaints office.
