For this purpose, on one’s C.V. or on attached documents, the following phrase can be inserted:
“I hereby authorise Val.Fra.Daz. Srl to archive any sensitive data under ex-Art. 23 of the Law 196/2003 supplied by myself  only for the purpose of research and personnel selection.”
