Passengers are obliged to strictly adhere to the following rules, drawn up for the safety and regularity of the service.
GETTING ON AND OFF BUSES. This must be done only when buses are stationary. If the stop must be requested, the passenger must notify his/her intention of getting on or off in time. If the bus is already carrying the maximum number of passengers allowed by the vehicle’s circulation documents one may not get on the bus.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.A passenger must possess a regular voucher purchased prior to getting on the bus either from an authorised vendor or directly online. The voucher must be displayed on entering the bus and will be substituted with a regular travel document. The travel document must be kept whole and in an identifiable state for the full length of the journey being a tax receipt. Purchased vouchers, even if not stamped, are not refundable. A voucher is personal and may not be passed on to another person. Passengers are obliged to show their travel document when requested to do so by Company Staff. If a journey is interrupted, due to matters beyond our control or delays due to any unforeseen cause, no refund will be made by the Company, under any circumstances
TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN.For children aged between 2 and 12 a reduced fare applies. Non-paying children are not entitled to occupy a seat and must be kept on an adult’s lap
TRANSPORT OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS. The transport of domestic animals, even if small, is not allowed.
TRANSPORT OF OBJECTS.The transport of luggage is included in the cost of the voucher. In the case of loss or damage, article 2 of law 450 of the 28/8/85 applies fixing the amount of compensation at Lire 12,000 per kg. with a maximum compensation amount of Lire 200,000 per piece of luggage. The loss or damage must be declared, in order to be taken into consideration, on the returning of the baggage.
BEHAVIOURAL RULES. Passengers are forbidden to:
a) smoke on board (Decree n° 584/75) and create a disturbance;
b) occupy more than one seat and stand in the passageway or in the vicinity of the doorway while the vehicle is moving;
c) carry out advertising or commercial activities without Company consent;
d) dirty, damage or mishandle vehicle parts or equipment;
e) travel on the vehicle while under the influence of drink or drugs;
f) make improper use of the emergency door opening equipment;
Passengers must furthermore heed the warnings, requests and instructions of Company staff issued to guarantee the safety and the regularity of the service..
Passengers must occupy all available seats and remain seated for the entire journey until the vehicle has stopped. The company declines any responsibility for accidents to passengers who do not observe the above mentioned rules.
TIMETABLES AND CONNECTIONS.
Timetables displayed to the public may be subjected to change even during their declared validity period. Any variations will be communicated to the authorised vendors. The Company declines any responsibility for any consequences resulting from delays, missed connections and, in general, for any matter outside their control
VIOLATIONS AND FINES
Any passenger who violates the “Rules of Behaviour” listed above, may be refused access to a vehicle or may be asked to leave a vehicle before completion of his journey, by Company Staff, without any detriment to any further legal action which may be taken. .

This service is available only on weekdays, from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00.
COMPLAINTS.
In case of disputes, all complaints must be made in writing by the passenger supplying his/her own name and address to the following address: Val.Fra.Daz. Srl. Via Roma, 129, 23032 Bormio (SO), Complaints Office.
